1. General Rule

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the specific cases outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only when:

  • The coupon has not been redeemed and is still valid
  • The e-coupon was not delivered
  • There was a duplicate or erroneous charge

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to redeem before expiry
  • Missed appointments or no-shows

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email booking@petal-aesthethics.com with your full name, order ID, and reason for refund
  • Requests must be made within 5 calendar days of purchase
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original credit card within 7–14 business days
