REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At PetalAesthethics, we provide aesthetic and skincare services including lift & sculpt facial treatments, hydration & glow therapies, advanced skin correction, and signature facial rituals.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Once a service has been fully performed, no refunds will be issued
  • Results may vary from person to person and are not guarantee

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

  • Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
  • Deposits may be:
    • Transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed notice period
    • Forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-show

4. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The appointment is cancelled within the permitted notice period and no rescheduling is requested
  • The service cannot be provided by us due to unforeseen circumstances
  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made

All eligible refunds are subject to management approval.

5. Medical or Skin Reactions

  • Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical and skin conditions prior to treatment
  • We are not liable for adverse reactions where full disclosure was not provided
  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results or reactions, unless determined to be due to negligence

6. Service Unsuitability

  • If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation (before the service is performed), we may:
    • Recommend an alternative service, or
    • Offer a credit or refund at our discretion

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

8. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

  • Clients who arrive late may have their session shortened or cancelled
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time that will take effect immediately.
